Typical of Wells Fargo the people that work here are just simply useless unless you’re doing a deposit or you’re like a business client they could care less about your needs but this location is fairly convenient and easy to get to though homeless people can be a bit of a problem don’t sit in your car too long because The security for the property Are extremely rude and disrespectful the gladly take your money but after that and get the hell out
Bankers and tellers are useless as ever , it’s frustrating that a customer knows more about the procedures they can do to help a customer out. Been with Wells Fargo since 2015, they got workers barely a month old shame how much training they get.
The staff here is wonderful! Always friendly and kind. They have never failed to solve any problem or reverse a fee that I got by my own carelessness.
Wells Fargo Credit Card... I missed a payment on my card... hmm how did that get by me. Oh, WF doesn't send me a prepayment heads up like every other company in America... Ok, so my payment was $44 dollars - So they charged me $37.00 penalty (like 90%) - and added on my next scheduled payment which not until next month... so, My $44 payment was $129.00 WHY SHOULD I DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
