I travel all around the US for work but live in Texas. Everytime I come in to cash a check at this location while IN CALIFORNIA I always get the sa.e treatment. They have to "verify" with the person who wrote the check that this isn't fraud!! (My husband is the account owner) I'm a contractor for his company so we have our own seperate bank accounts. I went to cash a check that somebody pay me from Wells Fargo bank I went in and they want to charge me $20 to cash the check that’s so ridiculous
They need more tellers and to open a bank account for my mother I made appointments and they just had us waiting in the lobby for a shout very unprofessional of them and the clients was just chatting with them
