I walked in to inquire about opening a savings account for my son, and felt completely rushed out. I was the only customer there and the women couldn't even take the time to speak with me in an office, she did so in the lobby. She made it seem like it was an inconvenience that she had to stop chatting with other coworkers and attend to helping me. Before the lady walked off, I was handed a broucher and told everything I needed was in there I had questions and left without them being answered. I WILL NOT be using this branch.
This branch is a joke. Moving my money someplace else. The bankers are rude and make it very apparent that they really don’t care. They use my money to do their business but refuse to provide me with services. I would strongly recommend using Newton branch if you must use Wells Fargo. Conover is only going to make you waist your time and lose your sanity.

I'm a business owner and have a business that requires me to be there. Not waiting for a change order for 45 minutes after I called it in one hour prior. If this was the first time it would be different, but now its every time for the last several weeks. Two tellers are apparently not enough. If you are going there, be prepared to wait! A lonnnngg time...
This bank is horrible. Had a fraud issue and the lady I seen named Erica Scott was rude about helping me had a attitude and was not helpful at all. Went back a few days later and talked to her manager about the experience and she said she would take care of it.
