Service is a disaster. Too short staffed and the few bankers they have are either on vacation or have no interest in helping customers. If I could score a negative 5 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and go to a branch that actually appreciates it's customers
Just left because I came in to meet with banking specialist, and did not get greeted. She did not even look my way after getting off the phone. Just continued to do what she was doing as if I was not there. She seem to not notice me sitting there for about 5 mins. Literally nobody waiting. I asked is this side open, she said yes I was just doing something, I said wow but not even speaking today when we enter. She walked off so I left to go up the street to the location up the street that is packed! I've never felt like that ... read more
