The location is OK, considering all the other ones in downtown Hollywood are gone. The problem is, it smells very strongly of mold and mildew. It’s not just me, other customers have commented on it. I don’t know if they had a past or continuing leak or what’s going on, but I can’t believe all those people are working in it every day. Very unpleasant, just running out of local locations.
When someone comes into your establishment to cash a check that’s drawn from your bank and you ask them if they have an account and they say no, let them know from the start that there is a $10 fee for cashing the check. It’s good customer service and better for you and the customer to establish that at the beginning of the transaction. Not after we’ve gone through all the motions, exchanged all credentials and then find out there’s a fee. I was told it was free.

If you’re going to have a window for commercial use than it should stick to commercial. I shouldn’t have to wait on a commercial line and still have to wait for the people that pulled up after me to the regular line. I have been here 30minutes. When I got here there was one car in front of me and no other cars anywhere. Before the car in front of me finished 2 other cars pulled up to the regular lanes.
