Bad costumer service
I lost my passport inside this branch. After doing the process with the teller I left my passport on the counter by accident, I called once and got to this branch again to see if they had found it but they said they hadn’t. I got there one final time to see if they could check the cameras recording to see what really had happened and tried to get my passport back but they said they didn’t have access to the recordings, which I don’t believe. I used the drive through and was greeted by Helen Alvarez I was in the second lane away from the window, making a deposit & a bill change transaction Helen was very friendly and took care of my business addressing me by name always wonderful to be served by someone with a positive attitude
This branch does appear to be understaffed. I was amazed at how friendly and efficient Helen was even with working the teller window and assisting people inside. I have no idea how she kept it together as I probably would have pulled my hair out. When she needed assistance with helping me, Luz came over quickly and I also found her friendly and pleasant. I was hesitant to go this branch due to the negative reviews but overall it was a good experience. I did have to wait longer than I do in other branches but that certainly i... read more
