My son and I were in this branch to deal with estate issues. We were courteously and professionally helped through the complicated process by Sequoya.
Monday morning. 11am. No greeting. 10 people waiting in line to be serviced. Literally 1 teller to service the 10 people waiting. Been here 17 min and they’ve only serviced 1 person out of the 10.
My sister went in to this branch recently frantic about a last minute transfer she had to do to our out of state credit union back home. She originally was treated well (I think the employee’s name was Jaydah who helped her upon arrival), and connected her with someone who can help her. This second person (did not get their name) did not explain that she could transfer through the app or use her CU debit card to deposit money in Wells ATM. Instead, they tell her the only way to move the money is a WIRE? And charged her $40. ... read more

Ms. Bridgette Ellerbe Craddock is the reason for this 1 star rating. Walking in at opening, she was incredibly dismissive and short. Would ask a question, cut me off and direct me to the counter. I was taken care of by the Operations manager, Ms. Janae Jackson, who answered my question in seconds. This is something that if Bridgette would taken a second to listen instead of dismissing me for her 0900 appointment (who wasn’t there yet) would have saved time and this low rating.
