This is the second time I have given this location a 1 star. I wish I can give it a -5. In the past 3 visits as many weeks when I came in, there were 3 or 4 people in line and two tellers to wait on customers. This past visit about noon as I walked in I wanted to say as our past great president "well here we go again ". As I waited and waited I finally got to be next only to be told "the teller over here will help you next". How rude was this !! Then she started to count money, and never moved from her seat. There okay, no real benefit comes from banking with them. It's almost like having another cash app to me.
Very comfortable and welcoming environment, very.friendly and helpful and knowledgeable i love my bank ,thank you wells fargo I highly recommend this location, great employees, hard wprking very professional
Do NOT go to this location!!! Their idea of customer service is a JOKE, and they do not know what they are doing. I took a late lunch purposely, and was still in there for almost 40 minutes, just trying to deposit a $48 check. It was a check for my recently deceased Mother's rewards on her credit card. Wells Fargo had all of the required documentation of her passing and how things were to be handled. PRIOR to signing the check I asked a banker by the name of Destiny what they would require.
