Do NOT go to this location!!! Their idea of customer service is a JOKE, and they do not know what they are doing. I took a late lunch purposely, and was still in there for almost 40 minutes, just trying to deposit a $48 check. It was a check for my recently deceased Mother's rewards on her credit card. Wells Fargo had all of the required documentation of her passing and how things were to be handled. PRIOR to signing the check I asked a banker by the name of Destiny what they would require. Bad customer service
Was there for 2 hours yesterday trying to open a safety deposit box for work. Lack of communication, knowledge, time management, no water offered, no bathrooms insight. It truly was a poor experience.
This is the slowest bank ever. I’m still standing here after being here for 25 minutes The tellers act like they don’t care about moving the customers through as fast as they can. It’s like this every time I come in here. If there were a closer bank I would definitely go there. They definitely need more help or better tellers
Terrible location. I’m not sure if this lady was the branch manager or what but she needs training. Had several people back there but only one teller working. Pathetic. Came inside she didn’t greet me nor did she acknowledge that I was standing there for 10 minutes. I’ve worked in the banking industry and was a branch manager myself. This is unacceptable. Must do better but I’m never going there again.
