I have had multiple accounts with Wells Fargo since 2009. I visited this location to deposit a decent amount of money for the purchase of a property. I decided to get the funds in cashier's checks versus cash from other banking institutions that I use due to the timing of funds availability with wiring. The most non-transparent, dishonest, and deceptive bank I have ever dealt with. They clearly have not learned a single lesson from the countless lawsuits and scandals that have plagued them. I’ve been a customer for 29 years, and I’ve watched this bank deteriorate year after year. No customer benefits, the worst financial products in the industry, and absolutely zero trust left. We like this location. But Xuan Nguyen is really not capable of her job. Recently we had two or three times at her window,unluckily. Not only is she super slow that makes us wonder what she is doing or dose she even know what she is doing?! She repeatedly asks for ID and cards she says she has to do it again or the computer is slow. She is also odd.
