The most non-transparent, dishonest, and deceptive bank I have ever dealt with. They clearly have not learned a single lesson from the countless lawsuits and scandals that have plagued them. We like this location. But Xuan Nguyen is really not capable of her job. Recently we had two or three times at her window,unluckily. Not only is she super slow that makes us wonder what she is doing or dose she even know what she is doing?! She repeatedly asks for ID and cards she says she has to do it again or the computer is slow. She is also odd. Professional Staff, with great service. Staff take care of me each time I visit the bank. I feel so comfortable and trusted. My Banker Michael Santoy is by far the best Banker, I ever had the pleasure to meet. I love this branch. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. I’ve worked with Mauricio and the branch manager and they are both knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Today I walked in and was helped by Julio. He was very nice and provided speedy and accurate service. I would definitely recommend this branch.
Wells Fargo, it's absolutely ridiculous. It's the first time that I tried to cash a $100 check from the company that I work for, and since it is the first time that I get paid on a Wells Fargo check i took my, DRIVERS LICENSE,PASSPORT and even my birth certificate, and I'm being told that I need a credit or debit card on my name ? I mean come on i have 4 different cards but i alwas use apple pay for all of them, it's ridiculous that you don't take any of my identifications, now I have to wait a week or more for one of my ban... read more
