Went to the Wells Fargo at 4876 S Apopka Vineland Rd and spoke with Branch Manager Carlos Enrique Tirado. I had a check on hold and he had the power to clear it but refused—said he didn’t feel comfortable. Then he shoved a paper across the desk and pretty much showed me the way out. What’s the point of having an account here if they make it hard to receive checks from other banks?
Custumer service no good
The tellers at this branch are rude and very condescending. Avoid this branch if possible. The amount of negative reviews should give you an indication that the customer service performance is consistently poor. When this is the case, it’s indicative of a systemic training and corporate culture issue. We’re closing our accounts (business and personal) and moving to Navy Federal Credit Union. I’ve had it with Wells Fargo. Take your money and business to a financial institution that respects and appreciates its customers.
I went here 40 minutes before the bank closes for the day. The employees refused to assist. Nasty service in this location, this is not the first time this happens here.
