No concept of customer service. Walked in, not one associate greeted me. Line of 5 people, 1 associate working the counter. 2 sitting clicking on computers. 1 walking around. This is not the first time, this location just happens to be convenient. This will be my last visit to this branch
First time dealing with Safraz, waste of time got no wear. Gotta wait in line at Windermere branch now thanks !!
