I went to this bank because it's the closest one to my house. Things were fine until today. I came and got my money deposited. The lady clearly saw me at the drive thru but didn't say anything. I glanced over twice, then she started to say "Hi how are you?". I nicely answered back, then she kept silence. She didn't ask if she could help me with anything. Make you create an appointment then do not show up. Left me waiting outside. Terrible service. Might as well be an atm. The positive reviews from before they closed the inside do not apply anymore.
They need to hire more people here or people with experience. We have been sitting in the drive through line for close to an hour and there are still 5 vehicles in front of us. Unacceptable!!!! Worst service ever!!!!!
