Awesome staff, clean place. conveniently located, and there's never more than a 5 min wait for any service.
The old Caucasian woman in the window is extremely rude. She looks at me as if I'm going to rob the bank and speaks in a demeaning manner. Everyone else I have come into contact with at this location is friendly. The woman in the window seems to have a problem with serving people of color. She's the reason for my one star. My wife also told me she feels uncomfortable when being served by that woman. I will no longer be coming to this branch.
Great location with amazing customer service. However, unreliable when it comes to having the withdraw or deposit features available on ATM after hours and/or on weekends. Can be very inconvenient at times.
