I made an appoint at 3:30pm. Sharon, the person I was to meet with, was busy with another client. She walked by me 2 times to go to the printer and never even made eye contact. After 40 minutes, I got up to leave and she ran over to say she would be right with me. That conversation could and should have occurred before that time. Disgusted.
