I have done business with Wells Fargo for many, many years. I came in today to cancel my debit card and order a new one. Sounds pretty simple, right? But I'm told they can't do that at the bank location. I have to call a 1-800 number and speak to a robot, not a person, to get this taken care of. So, I call and they can't answer my call. I'm being put on hold. Wells Fargo is wasting my time. I look forward to my weekends off, and I cherish them, but today, not so much. I'm changing banks. Love this bank! The branch in Lenoir is courtes polite and remembers the customers by name. The line always moves fast. The lobby is always clean and clear.
