Open a new checking account with my dad today after previously having stopped banking with wells fargo in the past. My banker in person who helped me open. The account’s name was Calvin. He was phenomenal. polite, prompt and professional. I expected a long drawn out process of being sold on a credit card or some of their other programs they have to offer in the experience was the exact opposite. Terrible attention, long line and only one cashier available who does not want to provide services.
My husband and I went to open an account today and our banker, Nathalie, could not have been nicer or more professional. She explained every step of the process as we were walking through it. I started having a little coughing fit and she immediately got up to get me a water. I wish I could have tipped her for the enjoyable experience.
