I have been a loyal customer to Wells Fargo for 7 years. An I must say I'm not happy at all. All other banks offer early direct deposit, which wellsfargo doesn't seem to offer, only when they feel like it. Always something going on internally, as far as being hacked an millions of information leaked etc. I don't understand why there are so many issues. My main issue is the early pay. Notary services, yes but.... So i had a document that just needed a notarized signature. They won't accept it because the document doesn't have imprinted the area for the notary to fill out. Also you need to tell them what kind of notarization (?) and the issuer of the document doesn't know anything other than a notary had to verify that i sign the document. Anyway, went across the street to UPS and it took literally 3 minutes to put the stamp, and fill it.
Worst customer service. I had really tight work schedule from 9 to noon free and try to make an appointment but there non available. So i walk in anyways to try get service even of i had to wait. Well, the bank was empty no a single customer inside and i was told that because i didnt have an appointment they cant help me. Banks suppose to be there to service us. I walk out drove to Chase without any appointment and they opend an account for me so i will be closing Wells Fargo. ✌️✌️✌️

I only need a international wire, and when I came there was noone who wait for the banker. After waiting for the banker who was on the phone, she ended up help for someone who just came and waited. The banker told me that this person waited before me. That was not right. I did not have time to wait for them because I have to work after that. Not satisfied for the service. Everyone is your clients, and not taking care more for person who speaks spanish first.
