This bank has a very poor customer relation with their customers. I was told by the branch manager, Ashley, that I had an attitude. Do you really say that to your customers?? Just because I rolled my eyes when she kept going on and on about why they were running behind (which happens a lot. I was at the drive up window, it was 29 degrees out and I had to have my window down. So what if I rolled my eyes, isn't the customer right, doesn't the customer come first.
