I should have read the reviews before attempting to take my business here. This branch is appointment only and if you make an appointment be prepared to wait for the staff to be available for you. Thanks to the lack of customer service and respect for my time I will not be doing business with Wells Fargo.
BAD SERVICES .
Came today to the bank, from the moment I walked in the experience was horrible. The lady that opened the door and also the person that sits behind a desk was so unhelpful. Did not listen to any of my needs. Obviously did not want to help at all because kept referring that I could do everything I needed through the app. Which I know I could to do part of it but not reset my PIN number. Because her lack of listening and tried as much as she could to not have to help me. I decided to tell her to stop and I would go to another ... read more
