Well, if you’re lucky this bank has 1 MAYBE 2 tellers, if you’re luck!. So they definitely do not prioritize the customers time. Then when you finally get served, they don’t want to give you more than $20 in ones and $1 in Pennies for a business account!!!! So when Wells Fargo decides to get rid of its bankers and bank managers which are entirely useless by the way, I suggest you start with this location as it’s pretty much useless all together. Fui a esta agencia porque me queda cerca de mi hogar. Pero, de verdad que recursos humanos debe hacer una depuración del personal. No quisieron pagarme un cheque por 105$, que porque les salía una alerta de no pago. Ÿ que no podían darme más información. Atención al cliente muy pésima.
