I went to the branch in order to validate some documents. The Teller really rude eating on the counter. The other person behind the counter had to come and assist the inquiries I had. Terrible experience

Today, I went to this branch with my mom to request a verification letter, and the person at the front desk refused to help me and didn't give it to me. They told me that I had to get it from their manager, who was in a meeting. I had to go to another Wells Fargo, where they told me that the verification letter could be issued by a banker.
