DJ was amazing, super friendly, and speedy 11/10
Today, I went to this branch with my mom to request a verification letter, and the person at the front desk refused to help me and didn't give it to me. They told me that I had to get it from their manager, who was in a meeting. I had to go to another Wells Fargo, where they told me that the verification letter could be issued by a banker.
