Waiting for assistance from a banker for over 30 minutes while two of them are typing away on their computers. One of them is the branch manager! Where has customer service gone? Horrible customer service!
Do not go to this branch! The gentleman that opened my new Wells Fargo checking account was rude, combatative, dismissive, unaware of ADA Compliance laws, & called me a liar! I opened a new checking account due to fraudulent activity on my old account. My personal information was sold on the dark web. I brought all of my Henrico Co police report information with me. I also brought my credit bearu disputes letters from Transunion, & Equifax. He didn't seem to care or to know to fax the information to internal customer service... read more
