My Parents had a horrible experience while trying to get a document notarized. Christy met them with a horrible attitude.She offered snide remarks and exasperated sighs while filling out the notary. It bothered my mother so much she had to speak to the manager on duty. This behavior is unacceptable and Wells Fargo should be embarrassed to have such a miserable person representing the company.
The rudest teller is always here. Not all helpful. I don’t know how many times I’ve had to go in to fix issues for my son’s account only for this lady to have an attitude. Please find a new profession.
I've been banking with Wells Fargo for decades, and always had great service regardless of what state I happened to be living in.
My wife and I just left this branch after being told that no one could assist us with opening a new savings account, time we arrived was 12:25 pm. The representatives reason for not being able to assist us was that there were no time slots for appointments and the next incoming appointment was expected to arrive at 1pm. We informed them that we were existing customers (30 years), then asked how long it takes to open a new savings account. We were told that it takes 30 to 45 minutes.
