My wife and I just left this branch after being told that no one could assist us with opening a new savings account, time we arrived was 12:25 pm. The representatives reason for not being able to assist us was that there were no time slots for appointments and the next incoming appointment was expected to arrive at 1pm. We informed them that we were existing customers (30 years), then asked how long it takes to open a new savings account. We were told that it takes 30 to 45 minutes. I really like coming here since at least 3 years I hope I can make it here again real soon
Not helpful with problems the staff is not friendly. Like fake smiles. Don't ask for help. Officer put off helping me said it would be better if I handle a fraud matter. It took me about 20 min. I'm leaving as soon as monthly check clears
