Slowest customer service EVER!!!! I don't think I've ever been at a slower WF location. Non-personable, slow employees who just handle customer transactions at their own pace. Take your business elsewhere.
Poor service by the management and staff. No respect to customers time When we ask for assistance they were very rude.
This location is neat and comfortably cooled in 100+ degree summer temperature The employees are friendly and helpful. This information from a past visit that required me to speak with a banker. Why then, the low rating? Only two (2) drive-through lanes with tellers. The only automated banking required me to park, get out of car, walk to the unshaded, right corner of the building, and complete my transactions while a, 30-40something, man waited by his car in the sunny parking lot for his turn.
