Tried to call and had to listen through multiple options and robots before I finally got a human. The bank should try calling themselves for practice and see how they like their customer service!

Adding note to properly declare the 3 stars. The last 2 times I attempted to actually cash a check the wait was unacceptable. I was the next in line, finally I just used the ATM. Deposited check and withdrew cash.
very unfriendly. when you have a curiosity about something or if you’re not quite understanding something the tellers catch an attitude & aren’t very welcoming. would not reccomend banking here or atleast traveling to this specific branch.
I do not recommend to any of my friends or family members to open an account on Wells Fargo. I had a bad experience. They were offering a bonus of $300 to open account, then I presented my documents and opened the account - and the personal didn't warned me that I wasn't eligible to receive that bonus. I just opened the account for the bonus incentive. I waited 6 months to discover that.
