I was in Richmond for work and was in a bit of a pinch twice (dealing with any government office is always fun). I needed some documents certified and was in desperate need of a notary. Jerome Morris helped me out tremendously both times. Very, very friendly and personable. His customer service is excellent. The other employees that I encountered there were very nice and helpful, as well. I needed to get a last minute notary done. I was in a bit of a rush. A young gentlemen (an employee) was coming back from picking up lunch it seemed. He could have easily passed me and just gone on to eat his lunch. I know I hate being interrupted during my lunches! However, he paused and asked me if I was in need of a notary by chance? I was and he assisted me just a few minutes later. I just wanted to say thank you for doing so and helping me in a pinch.
