Customer service is no good
I want to express my sincere gratitude for Allan Padilla’s help! My appointment was scheduled for July 17th at 12:30 PM, but because I arrived 15 minutes late, the banker I had originally booked was no longer available. Allan was incredibly patient and kind—he proactively offered to assist and took over my appointment. He carefully helped me look into transactions I had questions about and even printed out my account statements going back seven years. Ive consistently called for a change order for my business longest time. This time I called and I got told I cant do that now. I personally dont want to sit in the drive or in the lobby for 5-20 minutes in line, to place a change order, just to wait another 15 minutes. This is ridiculous and a lack of customer service. My time is important, just like your employees time is important. I apologize for trying to make everyone's life easier...
Wonderful staff! They retained my DL back and stopped a woman from cashing a fraudulent check in my name after my wallet was stolen. They called me right away. They showed care and concern when I picked up my DL. I appreciate the team at this bank so much!
