3 weeks ago I went into this branch and spoke to someone about a withdraw that the bank took out for taxes. Long story short, this is a fairly new account i opened online, and apparently I was suppose to say no to a tax question but picked yes. So I spoke to someone at the branch and supposedly they fixed it. But I still haven't gotten my money back.
