Fast, competent service. Highly recommended.
I had a very bad experience while trying to write a check for my aunt for the holidays. I spoke to Angela Morena in person at the bank and received several rude responses including that the manager would not be back until the following week and there was nothing that I could do. This is the first time I had this many challenges at any Wells Fargo and have banked with them for years. I am disappointed and will definitely return to try the manager when available.
This place has terrible customer service - especially Kailyn and McKinley who were both rude and unprofessional.
