Horrible customer service. Even over the phone. I feel horrible for my client who was in there.
Once again another branch does not want to do the work they’re supposed too. No one wants to take initiative to help customer. Just sitting but no help.
Not a fan , added my name to someone's account, not a clue. A pain to be taken off, I didn't know that person. However apparently they were being sued and how they tried to garnishing my wages. I've never banked there and never will after this experience.
I agree, wholeheartedly with the review of bad courtesy ethics of the employees for the walk up customers.
