Wells Fargo is a great banking institution. I've been with Wells Fargo ever since they first opened their doors and even before they became a Wells Fargo brand. I've been a member since 2002 and I must say that Wells Fargo has outstanding number one customer service for starters and secondly banking with Wells Fargo I couldn't be happier with a bank that I have 24/7 365 access to a human for my personal bank account or any issues that I might have I can contact Wells Fargo at anytime day or night. Horrible customer service. Even over the phone. I feel horrible for my client who was in there.
Once again another branch does not want to do the work they’re supposed too. No one wants to take initiative to help customer. Just sitting but no help.
