This is the absolute worst branch that I have ever dealt with. I have banked with Wells Fargo for the last six years and in the last year nine out of 10 times that I visit this branch the ATM is not working. I don’t know what the issue could be and why they are not fixing it, but it is a huge inconvenience for customers like me who use the ATM on a daily basis. Can not stand the 8 out of 7 days out of service atm. Get another one!
For an over 20 years customer, I have become very disappointed in Wells Fargo. They made my DEBIT invalux after me specificly telling the so called banker not to because of the super difficulty they would put me in. After telling me ok, 3wks later I could'nt pay my groceries and started get messages to pay my bills because the card number was invalid. On top of that, I DID NOT GET A REPLACEMENT CARD.
