I've been a customer for a Long time with this bank... Recently customer service has been a horrible problem...Alesha the Teller seems to always giving attitude towards me over what I would consider a simple transaction.. The only reason Im continuing banking at this branch. Is another banker Susan Brown who actually knows how to treat her customers... I can't believe the treatment I continually get at This branch...I'm considering dropping all of my Accounts...I never get disrespected at any other Branches...
This review is for their corporate policies and not so much for this local branch. My only complaint at the branch is that they often refuse to help a walk-in customer saying you "need an appointment". On a corporate level they are horrible. My CD was set to roll over and I was out of the country. When I got back it was just past the rollover date and they gave me much lower rate than if I had renewed the CD in person.
