Horrible experience all around. The fact that this bank makes millions of dollars every year but can't repair the pothole ridden parking lot let along fix the ATM. Highly recommend switching to a different bank.

I have been a customer for over five years I would not recommend this bank I have an issue with them mishandling my paycheck or fraudulent activity on my account it’s always a discrepancy I will not keep banking with a bank that I feel is not safe with my money in the past six months I’ve had issues this is the last straw this incident could have been fixed but no one at Wells Fargo seems to care when there is an error made on their behalf. Wells Fargo Bank on Ashley River Road in West Ashley is one of my favorite places to do banking when I am in the area as the branch is easy to access and the staff is knowledgeable and kind. They have been able to resolve many issues and work hard to make sure that you have an excellent banking experience. It is good to know that there is a consistent bank here that is there for you.
