What a disappointing experience ! Today I took my 2 grand daughters into the Bank for 2 reasons, 1) to introduce them to Banking and 2) to get the Pony as an incentive to begin saving. My Daughter and Husband are in the middle of moving and did not have access to the girls Social Security Numbers. It is understandable that would be required. However, a good customer service Rep.
