Decent people, terrible business. So many poor experiences with Wells Fargo
I went to this branch today, as instructed, to deposit my check after receiving multiple error messages through my mobile app. Upon arriving I was immediately treated as if I was doing something suspicious. Although I gladly provided my ID and debit card, Mariana, who was working the drive through felt it was necessary and appropriate to make comments about my out of state license, as well as ask me unrelated questions about my place of employment. Wildly unhelpful. Made an appointment and they still refused to help me notarize a simple document even though there were 5 employees there that could have served as a witness. Didn’t introduce themselves. Jamal was particularly unhelpful.
