My 5 STAR review is intended for Mr. Alcides H. Gonzalez Villatoro. A few weeks ago I walked into this employees branch. I was greeted quite warmly. I needed to be added to my mom's account as Power of Attorney. Long story short, it took a few weeks to be processed. All the while Mr. Alcides remained quite the professional, as where I lost my composure. Thank you Mr. Alcides. If I could give you 10 STAR RATING I WOULD!!
The teller, Wendy Roopsind Debris, should treat customers better. She has a bad attitude and is not friendly. The truth is that they do not have good customer service at this branch. The bank leaves much to be desired.
The cashiers at that branch are terrible, they are not friendly at all, the customer service really leaves a lot to be desired.
I tried to withdraw $8500 from my account something so simple Turned into 50 minuets. I was asked so many questions on what school I go to where I live what do I need the check for (Which I don’t mind answering) .i answered all the questions correctly handed my id with Clear visual evidence on my indemnity. Then the lady asks me about my recent transaction history and other personal question. It made me feel so uncomfortable as a young African American male to step foot in this bank and feel judge as a criminal!! Never again
