I tried to withdraw $8500 from my account something so simple Turned into 50 minuets. I was asked so many questions on what school I go to where I live what do I need the check for (Which I don’t mind answering) .i answered all the questions correctly handed my id with Clear visual evidence on my indemnity. Then the lady asks me about my recent transaction history and other personal question. It made me feel so uncomfortable as a young African American male to step foot in this bank and feel judge as a criminal!! Never again
They make something so simple as depositing a check, so difficult. I had to come to the bank after trying to mobile deposit a check just to be told by the teller that they can’t deposit the check and “to just get a new check” like that’s an easy thing to do. These people are incompetent and don’t know how to do their jobs
Literally they have no idea what they’re doing! Asked for marriage certificate for a joint deposit while my wife showed them a Driver License And her name is on the account Can’t even deposit a check into your own account! Worst bank out there!
This bank is a joke, they make up rules as they go along and everybody that works at this branch is super lazy and unhelpful….. do not utilize this bank branch…. I would give it 0/5 stars but I’m forced to give one so that I can post my review
