They were very helpful with dilemma
So my purse and everything got stolen. I had no actual cash to get a new ID so I went to this Wells Fargo location for the first time. I told the woman who greeted me at the front my situation, and she downright told me they didn’t know me so they couldn’t help me even though I had my Wells Fargo app on and logged in. I know I don’t have an ID, but even after hearing my story she declined everything without welcoming me or finding another way to help the situation.
