Joi and the other tellers/bankers were extremely helpful throughout a very busy week; I made multiple trips to the bank for a variety of specific/tedious tasks/questions. They were always personable and helpful!
The only Wells Fargo I use is Wells Fargo in Bell Hall. I am certain that I have been helped by every current employee at some point and each one has treated me with nothing but kindness and compassion. Truly feels like family!
Absolutely the best banking on Mt Pleasant! Jessica Goyack is an Angel that helped me with a lot of changes over this past 8 months! This branch of Wells Fargo is so friendly and patient with senior citizens. Today Daniel helped me go through all the details for a money transfer. I trusted him to get it right. Trust is so important when dealing with money matters and Daniel knew what he was doing. Thank you to the tellers. They are awsome. Pam Hoffman
Omg. I have NEVER had more incompetent service in my life. REBECCA and LYNETTE were incredibly rude. *Attempted* to not allow me to deposit my check for multiple made up reasons including that they can not read numbers (their boss had to tell them to deposit it.) They argued with me the entire time trying to refuse depositing my check. Incredibly uneducated and useless. I have never had trouble at any other Wells Fargo branch. Just look at their horrible reviews!! Mostly likely because Rebecca and Lynette are so incompetent.... read more
