I had a complicated issue that 2 very frustrating hours on the phone with WF customer service got me no where. I came into the branch to have someone help me and Taylor was awesome! She took the time to understand everything and really put the work in to help resolve my problem. Really great experience with her after a very frustrating problem created by WF.
Wells Fargo is reckless with other people’s money allowing whatever charges to pass through whether you tell them to or not. You can have your card turned off and still open the app to see another charge. The company has no respect or accountability.
Worst bank ever worst ever I’m there 15 year customer and I’m keeping all my saving money in this 15 year in their bank they screwed me up real bad Because of day didn’t do their job proper I lost the money I had to do wire transfer on Friday. They refuse to perform basic services that other Wells Fargo branches provide. Unless you need dummy items performed by an ATM machine, save your time by going to a real Wells Fargo branch (such as the one on Orleans Road in West Ashley) instead of dealing with this one.
