Wells Fargo is reckless with other people’s money allowing whatever charges to pass through whether you tell them to or not. You can have your card turned off and still open the app to see another charge. The company has no respect or accountability.
Worst bank ever worst ever I’m there 15 year customer and I’m keeping all my saving money in this 15 year in their bank they screwed me up real bad Because of day didn’t do their job proper I lost the money I had to do wire transfer on Friday. They refuse to perform basic services that other Wells Fargo branches provide. Unless you need dummy items performed by an ATM machine, save your time by going to a real Wells Fargo branch (such as the one on Orleans Road in West Ashley) instead of dealing with this one.
I was told by customer service to come into my local branch and have a form they sent me faxed to corporate. I did this, but apparently part of the form was cut off so they asked me to go back in and do it again. I delay getting into work so I can get there at 9 AM when the bank opens and I’m now informed that they won’t fax my document. This is the first branch to tell me this, I explained that I’ve had it faxed before and was still told they can’t and that I should go to Staples.
