Great experience! Needed to make a specific withdrawal, so I went into the branch. So pleased with the service!

I had a certified check from Wells Fargo for specific amount and I went to this location to cash the check. The lady at the front counter looked at the check and immediately told me that she could not provide any cash. This was on a Saturday at 10:00 in the morning. It was a certified check coming from one of their customers and it was for a substantial amount but for a bank as big as Wells Fargo I would imagine they had enough cash there to support it. I had a complicated issue that 2 very frustrating hours on the phone with WF customer service got me no where. I came into the branch to have someone help me and Taylor was awesome! She took the time to understand everything and really put the work in to help resolve my problem. Really great experience with her after a very frustrating problem created by WF.
Wells Fargo is reckless with other people’s money allowing whatever charges to pass through whether you tell them to or not. You can have your card turned off and still open the app to see another charge. The company has no respect or accountability.
