Wow, so disappointed in this branch. We have a business account, debit card keeps getting denied at merchants, tried to get a new card, supposedly it didn't go through after waiting 11 business days. Amber did the transaction, but would not speak with me to explain status. Male banker said I'd have to come back in, go online, or use business phone line to get card. No help, no help. Think it's time to move our money.
This branch is the best in town. Nicest, helpful, professional!
