Date of visit 11/25/25 4:40pm. I came through the drive thru. There was another car waiting and three people waiting in line inside. There was only one person working both the inside and outside lines. (Keshara). Although she was working alone, she still greeted me right away, asked me what denomination of bills i wanted for my withdrawal and thanked me for waiting. She has a great attitude and moves with a sense of urgency. She is an asset to the company and I hope they know how great she is.
Samantha the manager, unhelpful, disrespectful and refused to show a policy she was very adamant about enforcing. She should not be working customer service if she cannot provide that. Gross! Don’t come here.
Not worth the time investment or loss of earned interest. I have a different bank and was added to an existing Wells Fargo account with my husband. We were in the appointment for about an hour. Our representative was extremely helpful and polite, though another employee (the other working representative) was rude and interruptive to our appointment.
