Extremely disappointed with Wells Fargo’s service today. I brought in a check from a customer to be cashed — a perfectly valid check — but because I had written my name on it for record-keeping purposes, they refused to cash it. That’s already frustrating, but it gets worse. I offered to call the customer while in the branch to verify everything, and even when I later spoke with the customer directly, he was just as upset — he confirmed the check was good and authorized.
