I been going to this branch for years but this time they really disappointed me. I had a appointment on Jan 26th to wire funds for my home purchase . When I went there banker refused my wire transfer saying that the funds are in my account for less than seven days so I can not wire transfer . They told me that I have to wait for next five days to transfer and they made me to call my closing attorney to delay my closing. Date of visit 11/25/25 4:40pm. I came through the drive thru. There was another car waiting and three people waiting in line inside. There was only one person working both the inside and outside lines. (Keshara). Although she was working alone, she still greeted me right away, asked me what denomination of bills i wanted for my withdrawal and thanked me for waiting. She has a great attitude and moves with a sense of urgency. She is an asset to the company and I hope they know how great she is.
