The Branch was very warm and welcoming I was greeted by the branch manager and the tellers. Kye Assisted me with opening my account and was very sufficient with helping me do that. I am very happy that I chose Wells Fargo to bank with especially the branch little neck.
I was helped out by this lady named adja and she barley knew English and couldn’t help me, she was extremely rude and disrespectful and then she said she couldn’t cash my check
Horrible service, surprised they didn’t closed down their business yet, stay away everyone!!!
The banker we dealt with was extremely rude and condescending and did not solve our issue. It seems like he knows this about himself, though, because he declined to give us his name.
