I have done banking with Wells Fargo for years even when they were Dominion Bank back in the 1970's.I have always felt like a valued customer. I have found the staff to be professional and very efficient and knowledgeable. I now use the drive through during most of my visits and I love the teller there. She greets me by name and is always willing to help.
I am a coin collector and would come in and exchange my rolls of change for ones other customers turned in. Up until recently, they have denied me doing so saying it’s too “time consuming” when really I don’t think they want to do it in all honesty. I have my coin rolls ready and counted it’s the same every time and usually I’m out within a minute and take less time than other customers who don’t know their pins or have their debit cards handy. The Branch was very warm and welcoming I was greeted by the branch manager and the tellers. Kye Assisted me with opening my account and was very sufficient with helping me do that. I am very happy that I chose Wells Fargo to bank with especially the branch little neck.
I was helped out by this lady named adja and she barley knew English and couldn’t help me, she was extremely rude and disrespectful and then she said she couldn’t cash my check
