This used to be a great branch with excellent customer service and we banked here for 7 years. But Customer service has severely deteriorated here in the past year. Associates deposited a check into someone else's account, who had a DIFFERENT FIRST NAME from the name written on the check) and didn't apologize when we came back and showed them the error. On multiple occasions we've experienced rudeness as well. We're very disappointed! Finding another WF branch to bank at.
Very nice people work here who seem to love their job. I like this Wells Fargo and the workers. Great Customer Service too.
