Went in during the holidays (already expecting a long line). No problem when there was a wait. When I finally got up to the line ( only one person working the front), they could mainly do my withdrawal in 20s on my 5k, which unfortunely took a tad longer, no fault of my own. Worst customer service avoid this branch
Great bankers.
I tried to do some banking on a Monday but the bank was closed until 2:10. I waited. When I opened the door there must have been 7-8 people in line. I don't understand why a bank would be closed until 2:10 on Monday after a weekend. Maybe they are short handed or poorly managed. Of course, Tiburon Blvd was under construction, so that branch was not an option unless I wanted to spend an hour on Tiburon Blvd. So sad. Maybe it is time to find another bank that is open on Mondays.
Judy Rodriguez went way out of the way to service my financial needs this morning. She overheard my needs at the teller window and made my day.
