Exceptional service. Elli P was a blessing. My dad recently died, and my mom and I went in to get things taken care of with his accounts. They greeted us warmly at the door, Elli helped us with EVERYTHING. My mom has control of accounts and we got copies of the past year's statements, and mom got set up to use online banking. They need more employees.
This drive through attendant "Nyla" was extremely inoperative. Her ability to multitask was short of terrible. With only 2 lanes active, she took over 20 minutes for a cash withdrawal, that's before she required my sister in law to come inside because Nyla supposedly could not hear her through the intercom. After such a long and disappointing wait, I am not surprised this branch has such terrible reviews. Will definitely drive the extra 10 minutes to the next one for better, faster service.
