I had an amazing experience working with Anika Adkins! She was incredibly helpful and made everything so easy for me. She assisted with updating my residence address and contact information, helped with phone number maintenance, got me enrolled in mobile text services, and even helped reset my PIN without any hassle. Her professionalism, patience, and attention to detail really stood out. She made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Truly a 5/5 experience—Anika was amazing!
I want to be clear—this experience does not reflect the service I’ve received at other Wells Fargo branches. Unfortunately, this specific location is incredibly disappointing. The blonde woman working in the office to the right of the entrance was one of the most unprofessional individuals I’ve ever dealt with. Additional note: The older blonde woman with the office is one of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered. I needed help with a transaction and she sat in her empty office doing nothing. After she was worthless and of no help, I said I’m canceling my account and her response was “that’s fine”. I’ve been a Wellsfargo customer for over 20 years and they get worse along the way.
