Today I had the worst customer service of my life. Arrogant attendants and manager with no empathy whatsoever. I will close my account by next month.
Opened a business account in 2022, closed it late 2024, and they sent me a Wells Fargo cashier's check with the remaining balance. Now the fun begins: I went to the Carlisle branch to cash their cashier's check from my Well's Fargo account but they would not cash their own check with my money because the account was closed and check was made out to my business (I am sole proprietor).
