What a disaster of a bank. Steve the branch manager does not even know his own policy. He should not be in the position he is in. Why would you trust a bank with your money that has 2 star review and branch manager is clueless. Wells Fargo as gone down hill the last few years. Stay away.
This bank people do nothing just a waste of time only,I called them to fixed issue but he didn't talk to me,I said this account is my wife but she doesn't speak english so what we do?do you want to talk first with her to get permission to talk to me I said to him but he just transferred to automatic call system.
I was trying to close out an account I no longer needed, there were tech difficulties but Ibrahim and everyone was very down to earth about it. While waiting for assistance, I brought out my uno cards and we played a few rounds, it broke the tension and was genuinely fun. It made my week honestly, with how his coworkers were curious and sort of egging it on. He was really personable and everyone was sharing jokes and laid back! Great work fellas! :)
Marleyna Hershiser was the banker who helped my wife and I open new accounts. She made the process very easy and pleasant. She did a very good job and gave us a favorable opinion of Wells Fago.
