Earlier this year I opened the CD there at silver springs and they put two people form Arizona that I didn't know for my beneficiaries. There is a couple of gentlemen that worked there that need to be investigated. Carlisle Wells Fargo fixed My CDs and corrected it. I had one more bad experience in there with an employee recently. I recommend not using this Wells Fargo.
I’ve been cashing my retirement check every month at the same Wells Fargo branch with no issues—until recently. A new employee (Hispanic gentleman) gave me incorrect information and told me I had to deposit the check first and couldn’t cash it. That’s simply not true, and I’ve never been asked to do that before. I went to the Camp Hill branch right after, and they cashed it without any problem—no deposit required.
Bad customer service in bank And also online service is very bad really 0 helpful 😡
I'm retired military and a DOD civilian, I only opened a savings account but they were professional and very courteous with me. I had a great experience opening my account and they followed up with me to ensure I did not have a negative experience. The few times I contacted the bank they were willing to go above and beyond to assist. Update: I have now opened a checking account, the service I received was excellent, they made me feel valued as a customer and they ensured I felt welcomed.
