Most incompetent location I have ever been to. I was incorrectly informed on the documents needed for my last name change and Gabriela refused to accommodate me when I had less than a 5 minute round trip drive to go get them. My second appointment was cancelled with less than 10 minutes ahead of time notice and I was very rudely addressed — they also refused to help me find another location to get scheduled at. This location lacks customer service I’ve been here twice in the last week they just seem rude and like they don’t want to be there. I have been to the Lakewood candlewood location and service is way better. I suggest going to that location!
