I stopped using the personal deposit box, turned in My safely deposit box key over 3 years ago - yet Wells Fargo bank kept charging Me for it every year for over 3 years. When I asked them t stop charging Me and give a refund , they gave Me the run around for a month. Good service all personal help and assistance very helpful
I have tried contacting our account representative multiple times but have not received a call back or any follow up. I also attempted to contact the Long beach branch directly to resolve some urgent matter but I have been unable to reach anyone who can assist. It is extremely frustrating and disappointing to have to stop everything to repeatedly try to get a hold of someone from the bank only to be unable to reach a rep who can answer my call, let alone help resolve the issue.
