One of clerk was rude and she didn't help me when my mom doesn't even speak English and I was helping her. She say it rule which was never a problem before.
Some employee at this location are really good but some need training about the customer service otherwise there is no value of the big word posted on the wall "CURTESY"
No really good service. I had to talk to someone about mi card it was disability because I can’t used because I lost my last phone. Then I make an appointment on Wednesday but they give me an appointment on Friday about get a new card so I can moved the money to an other new card I can used. I put to the card I can’t used 110 dollars I already ask but the process takes so long and the misunderstanding. Bad customer service
