What bothers me is it’s an only Drive through ATM which is so strange to me. so when i need to walk in to resolve something i have to also now stand in a line or jump back in my car to use the atm. Also 2 people working 7+ windows and a ridiculous line in the middle of the day. Either hire more people or figure out a better system. you just have employees standing around doing nothing and 2 people trying to help a massive line.

Lack of knowledge about Estate accounts, my Estate lawyer is telling me one thing but Wells Fargo won't budge on keeping money with them. Manager goes days without replying to voicemails because she's "out of office" but when I FINALLY reached someone at the brand they said she was there. I've called 15-20 times on various times and days and have only been able to speak to someone ONCE (the time mentioned above) This branch made me want to close my accounts with Wells Fargo entirely.
