They don't seem to have a walk-up ATM here; if you didn't come by car you would have to stand in line between moving cars in the drive-through lane. Extremely dangerous, and horrible if it's raining or cold.
I was pleasantly surprised at my experience in the East Hartford, CT branch after seeing only 3.1 stars on google reviews. I had one of the best banking experiences there. Sejla Ahmetovic was friendly, knowledgeable, and very informative. I was greeted with a warm welcome and was helped quickly. Working with Sejla definitely made me want to do more business with Wells Fargo. I hope Sejla is acknowledged for her excellent customer service.
Very disappointing. I've been a member since 2000. Came to the ATM last night, forgot my card. Called twice the next morning, at 9:30am, no one answered. Drove the hour to get to this location, as it's the closest. Only to wait in line for 5 minutes then told to step aside because the one individual who could help me was on the phone. After 15 minutes of waiting, I assumed I was forgotten about and left. Ended up being late to my appointment at 11am. Not good customer service.
The people are so curtious I love going to give my money away to them..lol
I would like to share with the good people of Connecticut how much it means to me to have a world-class employee named Ms. Jessica Morales. I have the pleasure of doing business in New England, and Connecticut is the only state in New England that has Wells Fargo bank locations.
