I opened a savings account at this branch and Tiffany was wonderful. I also have 2 checking accounts with WF. I went online and transferred the funds from the savings account to one of my checking accounts there at WF. The next day it showed pending. Then 36 hours after the transfer I get an email saying my savings account has negative funds of $12. That evening once back home I logged in and transferred the funds back to the savings account to clear up the issue. I called the 800 number inquiring why there was a $12 showing... read more
Very bad experience with Wells Fargo! My check from job was stuck in their ATM. Nobody could help me to pull it . I made a claim by phone, it took me about an hourthe lady told me that they would looking for it and I need to wait about 10 days!!! But I need my money now! To live and pay my bills! Why do I need to wait 10 days? It’s not my fault! I went to their office and they told me we can’t help youand just wait for our call
Insane long waits in the drive thru. No geetings nothing, waited for about 20 minutes for a simple deposit.
