Nothing against the staff - they are all very kind! Wells Fargo has the absolute worst policies. You have less than $500 in your account = $10 monthly fee. You have over $500 = no fee. Why are you charging the poor more? Over draft fees of $35-$45 every single time. The will wave this once or twice for you, but after that you are paying this every time instead of the payment not going through... Want to raise your credit limit? They always seem understaffed. If i need to go in or use the drive thru its an automatic 5 minute wait. Twice i have had to go searching for people in the open vault. Its always dead so im not sure why there is always a wait. Also what bank doesnt have a bell when cars drive thru the drive thru?
A New Account Offer issued that they figured out a way to not pay by preventing me from meeting the requirements. I was required to deposit a certain amount of new money within 30 days but then they restricted the amount of money I could transfer into the account within the same time period. Even thought the required amount of money was deposited, they denied the bonus offer because it wasn't done within 30 days. Stay away from this bank.
I'm a Wells Fargo customer for over 15 years went to the atm to make a deposit then went inside to use the restroom and was told that they do not have a restroom witch I know is false because every building need one in order to open
Awesome first experience. Was dreading going because of all reviews to all Wells Fargo locations. When I entered I was greeted warmly by Bailey, and sorry for mis-spelling Diesha. Very warm and friendly. Did my business in 5 min, and had a great conversation with them. Not sure what the bad reviews must stem from bitter people. Honestly better hospitality than some restaurants I’ve been too. And thank you to the girl in the back as-well. Amazing smiles and attitudes from the staff. Will definitely be returning.
