By far the worst service in all my banking years. Automated responses that are impossible to help with a simple question. Maybe Elon should clean house there!
Avoid this location at all costs. I went in to deposit a check and withdraw a portion of the amount. The teller was confused, and after about 5 minutes, she went to the back to hand it to a supervisor, and when she came back, she asked me to have a seat. After 15 minutes, I asked another lady in the lobby to find out what the hold up was for. Wouldn't use this branch (unless it's for the ATM) at 345 Kings Hwy, Port Charlotte. The manager are unprofessional and impolite. I was being patient while the newer staff person was opening an account and the manager came up and stated, "you're clearly not happy with our service so we should reschedule with the person who normally handles these accounts". Awful customer service
I’m hoping they can fix the issue they caused. I called because my account had gone into the negative and they wouldn’t let me add money till Monday and now I have over $200 in fees from them even after asking them to freeze my account after they said they would put a hold on the fees till Monday. The bankers here clearly are not trained how they should be or they are giveing information out about stuff they know nothing about. I will be in on Monday to try to make sure they fix THEIR mess.
