Never trust Wells fargo
I went in recently to update the address on my account. I sat down to wait for customer service, when a teller - who was not busy at the moment - came out from behind her counter to help me. This was appreciated, and shortened my time spent considerably. When I was done, another employee - a nicely dressed (suit & tie) man - offered to help me with the WF app. My only complaint is that one of the customer service VPs was dressed in worn jeans & a top with the shoulders cut out, and heel shoes.
