Never trust Wells fargo
I went in recently to update the address on my account. I sat down to wait for customer service, when a teller - who was not busy at the moment - came out from behind her counter to help me. This was appreciated, and shortened my time spent considerably. When I was done, another employee - a nicely dressed (suit & tie) man - offered to help me with the WF app. My only complaint is that one of the customer service VPs was dressed in worn jeans & a top with the shoulders cut out, and heel shoes. Worst bank ever. I came over to help my dad with some banking, and they couldn’t have been more rude or unhelpful. Went down to Navy federal and opened an account same day and got everything we needed taken care of.
