Worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. The management doesn’t train staff properly leading to mistakes and inconvenience. 0/10 People answer the phones and have no clue what they’re talking about and they blatantly lie
The branch manager Natalie was able to help me immediately deposit a very large check issued by an insurance company that another Wells Fargo location said was fraudulent (Northwood Commons location in Clearwater-Emily). Natalie was able to research the check in a matter of minutes and tell me the mistake the other branch manager made and apologized for the air and anxiety this caused. Went in today to cash in 25 savings bonds. Manager (forgot the name, sorry) patiently waded through the tedious process and was friendly despite the pain the Treasury puts the bank and the bond owner through. Took almost an hour. Great customer service with a smile - very unusual these days at banks or most other places. Thank you!
