Worst bank ever. I came over to help my dad with some banking, and they couldn’t have been more rude or unhelpful. Went down to Navy federal and opened an account same day and got everything we needed taken care of.
Came in to the 66st branch a few days ago and was helped by Nicole who went above and beyond to help me and my elderly mother. Just wanted to leave a good review and share my experience. Great customer service!!!!
Branch manager Natalie Hooker is the best!! She resolved a banking issue I was having. Truly provided the best service ever! Another huge shout to Jacci, Natalie and Helena for always providing the best service. They go above and beyond for customer satisfaction! They truly are a team! Much appreciated ladies! I also wanted so say that drive-thru bank teller Yosel provided the best customer service yesterday on 2/2/26. He was very prompt, courteous and very efficient. I was impressed!
Nicole Petridis was able to explain things about banking to me in a way to make a simple man understand. Gifted with words and wit.
