Absolutely terribly run branch. Impossible to talk to a banker to resolve any issues, wait for an hour and still not able to see anyone.

Been doing transactions at this branch since 2011. Have had the worst experience in the last 2yrs. With (2) new tellers with rules that are not policy according to your cooperate office. This week is was the last straw that broke the camels back.They both are rude & dismissive. Went to a new branch 7mi. Out of my way to receive proper service.
Just went to open my account and Alexis was beyond friendly and kind yet so professional! Thank you so much to her for making my experience pleasant!
