Had a long line and the woman who works in an office was very helpful in coming out and assisting me in a timely order. She was very kind and I felt like a top client when I was just there to pull out some money from the ATM for rent. Set up a debit card and honestly a new Wells Fargo banking member solely because of this interaction.
Yesterday I was assisted in opening a teen checking account by banker Quierra Robey. She was a consummate professional and really took the time to make sure that said teen understood each faucet of the account and that every feature was properly functioning. Bankers like her are quite literally the only reason that I continue to bank with Wells Fargo instead of moving my business and personal accounts to a credit union or the like.
Long line with just two tellers.Had to deposit a check. I am not a client of theirs. Teller could be friendlier and more personable. Found her aloof and disinterested. Wouldn’t do banking here.
The ATM is always out of service. They have no drive-through. They should close the branch.
This review is targeted at the entire Wells Fargo establishment. Money keeps missing out of my account and there is never any trace to it, up to $100!! They take the money and put it back at a later date and I am not spending money that I do not have. I know how much money I put into my account and I know what my limit is. I have always had the money in my account to process my transactions but customer service always make it seems otherwise. Y’all need to do better!
